About OTR Services

One free recovery per membership year for a catastrophic mechanical failure. On Time Resources, Inc. will get your truck home OR pay for a local tow up to fifty miles from the origin of breakdown.

There are three ways to maintain your membership:

  • Monthly
  • Biannually
  • Annually

We have recovery experts available 24/7 a week 365 days a year.

  2. We will gather a little information.
  3. We will then contact our trucking partner, to set up that recovery.

Recovery truck will be dispatched as soon as possible but no later than seven days after initial contact with OTR.

Local recovery will be handled by a local qualified towing company of your choice or an OTR suggested qualified towing company. If it is decided you would prefer to return your truck home, then the recovery will be handle by Toots Trucking, LLC.

The ten-day waiting period is used by On Time Resources, Inc. to verify the information provided by the owner/operator at sign up, also to confirm that the registered truck is in operating condition.

Any mechanical breakdown consisting of equipment failure, other than being caused in any type of accident, impairing its ability to continue working.

*OTR is not a towing service and do not recover vehicles due to any type of accident.

Additional trucks can be added to a standard membership for a total of three trucks

 Trucks added after initial truck will be an additional cost of $10.00USD per month per truck. However the membership is still limited to one recovery per membership per membership year.

If your membership is less than three months behind, payments in full would need to be made to bring the account current. If more than three months, the membership is considered inactive and a new registration would need to be filled out and a new ten day waiting period would need to be completed.

On Time Resources will cover the cost of a tow up to fifty miles from the point of breakdown either through direct payment to the towing company or reimbursement to the owner/operator as long as proper documentation is provided.

OTR has partnered with Toots Trucking LLC. Toots Trucking will provide a repowering unit to facilitate the remainder of your delivery miles at the original rate brokered for that load but not to be less than 50% of overall original miles.

Repower Option

Due to our partnership with Toots Trucking, LLC the repowering unit will be dispatched at the same time as your recovery unit unless you choose to obtain a local tow in which case a repowering unit will arrive to finish your delivery miles within seven days.

Common Questions

Unfortunately, the repower option can only be added on to your membership at the time of registration or it can be added to your membership at any time as long as it is not during a recovery incident. For example, you have had your membership for two months and realize that adding the RePower option is a great idea, you simply call in to OTR and we add the RePower option to your existing membership.

*If you do NOT have the RePower Option added onto your membership, OTR will RePower your freight to its intended destination for the entirety of the original brokered rate and mileage.

At OTR we understand that delivering your freight is a top priority, especially considering your truck is disabled. Our memberships that have the RePower option are our first priority and OTR will do everything in our capabilities to have a recovery and RePower unit out to you as soon as possible, usually with in forty-eight hours.
